“Does it REALLY matter who does my messages?”
Have you called a government office or had the pleasure of dealing with an automated system lately? Nothing quite like a “robot voice”, incomplete instructions or an annoying personality to make you want to hang up right?
How about calling to get your car worked on and hearing someone run off a list of instructions that you can’t keep up with…worse yet, they sound like they have a mouth full of marbles!

“What makes you better?”
We help you to understand the importance of what you’re asking us to do, and we work in very detailed fashion with your company, one on one to deliver the best product. We pride ourselves in developing messages that make users FEEL comfortable and excited about their experience with your company. Whether you use it as the first line of contact or when you put someone on hold, we’ll give you the sound to keep them around and glad they stayed!
“So you come in, record for us, get paid and leave?”
No! Even with our ala carte features, we want to make sure that you’re happy and you’ll want to keep doing business with us! We offer one free “re-cut” within the first 15 days on our ala carte features, and special revisions coverage with our retainer packages.
“Wonderful! So…how much do you cost?”
While we prefer to customize rates based on our clients needs, we do have some basic pricing on our “pricing” page.
“Can you recommend a good phone system for us?”
Yes and no. We don’t endorse one at this point, but we’ll be happy to work with you to research and get the best price if you’d like for a small additional fee.
“Tell me more about the ‘big announcer talking at me?’
Ah yes…we get this one quite a bit. See, years back if you didn’t have the “big announcer voice”, you couldn’t get on the radio (or TV for that matter) and you certainly weren't going to be voicing any commercials!
As times changed, so did the way that consumers took what was being fed to them. If you look closely, more and more companies are trying to talk “to” people in getting their message across (ala the new Special K commercials), as opposed to the “voice of god” telling them to eat or buy something. Over the years, people have become more comfortable with “people like them talking to them about a great product or service”. We work VERY hard to produce warm, friendly and real relatable audio content!
“But what if I like and want that big voice?”
Then we won’t stop you! As a matter of fact, we’ll help you find one if you’d like.
“Will RC actually do all my recording and processing of the product?”
Yep! RC likes to be hands on and he LOVES to have a one on one relationship with business partners. When you call the office, there’s a good chance he’ll answer the phone too!
“Can you travel to us?”
With advance notice and proper considerations, we can travel just about anywhere in the world if you’d prefer for us to work with you in person.
“How do you deliver the product to us?”
Excellent question! Some clients like for us to come into the office and record directly into the phone system, while some clients prefer for us to deliver “MP3” or "Wave" digital audio files or a CD. It’s really up to you!
“We have multiple locations…can you help us?”
Sure can! We can do all of your locations and we can work out a pricing plan for you.
“How fast are you?”
This depends on how prepared you are and how you’d like your audio delivered. If you have a script ready and want us to come into record it at your location, most appointments can be set within one week and recording is usually done within 90 minutes to 2 hours. If you’d prefer MP3 or CD, we can usually turn things around for you in 48 to 72 hours depending on the volume of work. Let us know your situation and we can give you a time line!
